Artist Bio

Angela Sissel is no stranger to the artist world. Originally from Ottumwa, Iowa Ms. Sissel has worked as a graphic artist, stained glass worker, and a cake decorator. While in Iowa she illustrated a book of Doggerel Verse written by Randy Baker.

She has also assisted community theater productions with set painting for both Ottumwa Community Theater and Lakeside Players.

Ms. Sissel works primarily with pen and ink, preferring to depict
mammals especially wolves and big cats.

Ms. Sissel is the mother of two girls and is currently employed as a registered nurse working in geriatrics. Ms.Sissel would like to
thank her significant other Milton Smith for all his support.
